Kirsty Pillay-HansenKirsty Pillay-Hansen is the driving force behind kph consulting. Offering a range of services including professional supervision, training, research and development, facilitation, project management, and work-based assessment.

She has extensive experience across not for profit and corporate sectors and a Master of Arts with Distinction in Psychology. Her diverse work and voluntary roles have included senior, management and board positions. She quickly builds rapport and communicates effectively to achieve excellent results.

Kirsty holds roles as a Facilitator and Mentor for Rakau Roroa, Changing Minds: Growing mental health leaders and for Rethink: reducing mental health stigma and discrimination. She provides supervision, training and professional development to youth workers at Whangarei Youth Space and I Have a Dream, Tikipunga, Whangarei.
