Supervision
Kirsty provides 1 – 1 and group supervision to a large number of youth workers and youth development team leaders within the Whangarei and Te Tai Tokerau region. Her supervision is strengths based, holistic, practical and relevant and grounded in her personal and supervision values of empowerment, safety and hauora.
Training
Kirsty delivers engaging, and interactive training. Her methods are based on best practice techniques and developed through extensive experience. Kirsty can tailor a programme to meet your needs, whether it’s a one-off targeted training or something more comprehensive.
Research & Development
Kirsty has a strong research background and provides well-organized and efficient research and development skills. She carries out smaller-scale research including pilot scoping, programme planning, development and evaluation, as well as larger projects. She also develops programme materials for a wide range of audiences.
Facilitation
Kirsty works from a values base of empowerment, honesty, and respect and facilitates inclusive group processes and outcomes. She works effectively to achieve goals ranging from strategic planning, relationship and team-building, mental health and hauora.
Project Management
Kirsty has extensive project management and leadership experience. She quickly absorbs project objectives and delivers excellent results.
Work-based assessment
As a CareerForce Registered Assessor for National Youth Work and Social Services Qualifications (Levels 3 – 6), Kirsty will tailor training, assessment, and support for your staff. She also manages effective and smooth communication with CareerForce for her clients.
